How it works
Type in your Arizona property address. The tool matches the area around your address against 26 months of government storm records.
Your free PDF report is generated immediately. It shows the qualifying storm records found near your address in the listed government sources — hail, high winds, monsoon and thunderstorm events — with dates, source types, distances, and an aerial view of your property.
If the report shows storm activity near your home, it may be worth having your property reviewed. We’ll tell you plainly whether there’s anything worth pursuing — no obligation. No fee and no case expenses unless there is a recovery. If there is a recovery, the attorney's fee is a percentage of the recovery, calculated before deduction of case expenses. Fees and expenses are governed by a written fee agreement.
What you get
The data is real. Storm records are public NOAA and other governmental weather records of the kind commonly consulted in weather investigations, from the federal agencies that maintain the official record of U.S. weather. Aerial imagery is from USGS.

Why it’s free
We built this tool because most Arizona homeowners don’t know what storms may have hit their home — and many don’t realize they may have storm damage worth a claim until it’s too late to file one. The report is a starting point, not a sales pitch.
If the report shows meaningful storm activity near your home and you want a professional opinion on whether it’s worth pursuing, we offer a free claim review. But downloading the report doesn’t commit you to anything.
Questions
Yes. The storm history report is provided free and with no obligation. Storm Locator is a free tool from WJ Gould Law PLLC and an advertisement for legal services.
No. The report shows storm records found near your address — how close each was recorded, what type of source produced it, and when it occurred. It does not prove that the conditions reached your property or that damage occurred — that requires an inspection.
Four government sources: the NOAA/NCEI Storm Events Database (severe-weather reports reviewed by the National Weather Service — published with a lag of up to several months, so very recent storms may not yet appear), NOAA NEXRAD weather-radar hail detections (near real-time), measured wind gusts from official airport weather stations (near real-time), and preliminary NWS Local Storm Reports (unreviewed field reports issued within hours of an event). The report states how current each source’s records are. Aerial imagery comes from public-domain USGS sources.
You receive your report right away. If you checked the optional contact box, a member of the WJ Gould Law team may follow up by call, text, or email about your options — and you can opt out at any time. If you didn’t check it, you still get the full report. There is never any obligation.
